LB x Ocean Bottle present: Fashion Made Circular
In partnership with Ocean Bottle, Lydia hosted an Earth Day event at The Trampery | Certified B Corp. Fashion Made Circular was a creative community event, bringing together the eco-curious and eco-conscious to celebrate the strides that we’re making in sustainable fashion. FMC was an immersive day consisting of a panel talk and two creative upcycling workshops.
With a panel of incredible eco experts and activists including Bianca Foley, Ray Hopkinson, Matthew Needham, Kalkidan Legesse & Izzy Manuel who shared their experiences in sustainability, the challenges the fashion industry faces but also the innovations that excite them. Plus a natural dye screen printing workshop from Cassie at C.Q Studio
It was so great to see a packed out room of eco-curious & conscious people - not only people who had already inbuilt sustainability practices in their lives but also those who had never been to a talk on this topic before!
We wanted to encourage and provide a community for everyone, on all stages of their sustainable journey. Trying to live more sustainably isn’t a trend but a series of small (and big) changes we all need to make in our lives that consider the planet and acting in kinder way towards it.
